Learning to Fly
If this is your first RC helicopter, SAFE (Sensor Assisted Flight Envelope) technology prevents over-control and crashes while also offering multiple flight modes to deliver more control and capabilities as your skills progress. If you do lose control of the helicopter, simply press and hold the Panic Recovery button or switch to Normal mode and release the right-hand control stick. SAFE technology will automatically return the helicopter to upright and level flight!
Advanced Performance
When in Idle Up 1, the pitch and bank limits are removed while the head speed (Blade RPM) is higher and more constant, allowing you to fly inverted and perform basic aerobatic maneuvers, including loops, rolls, and more. Bump into Idle Up 2 and all limits are removed, and the head speed is even higher, allowing you to perform even more aggressive aerobatic 3D maneuvers.
Power Plant
The more powerful and efficient brushless main motor plus the tail motor are connected to a factory-installed Spektrum Dual Smart ESC to give you more than enough power. The installed metal gear servos ensure you can perform 3D maneuvers with peace of mind.
