The Prodigy WGT-R's main chassis is built for maximum stability and agility. Constructed from a premium combination of aluminum and carbon fiber components, it includes an aluminum battery tray forming the foundation for the damper blade suspension. A machined 7075 T6 aluminum front chassis plate and steel rear components lower the center of gravity while retaining essential flexibility. This carefully engineered layout provides precise handling through high-speed turns without compromising durability.

Innovative Front Suspension

The Prodigy WGT-R features a refined sliding kingpin front suspension designed for exceptional precision and consistency. Front kingpins have been updated to 5° heat-treated steel with electroplate coating, and the kit includes Pro Kingpin Adjusters for fast and accurate preload tuning. Internal grease grooves in the front steering block bushings maintain consistent damping across races. A 3-bolt keyed carbon front plate reduces flex and enhances rigidity, while the integrated aluminum servo saver crank ensures compact and precise steering response. Additionally, 5.0-pound front springs provide balanced traction and control.

Multi-Axis Rear Suspension

The Prodigy WGT-R introduces a multi-axis rear suspension system for complete setup customization. Adjustable pivots and O-rings separate roll and bump characteristics, allowing fine-tuning for a variety of track conditions.
